Monday-dropped my car off Tuesday-11am received a
Monday-dropped my car off Tuesday-11am received a call about what was wrong with my car. I dropped it off b/c of an a/c concern. Asked them to fix whatever was making that God awful noise. They told me my alternator was bent and the price to fix said problem. She also told me that the technician heard another noise that was concerning but didn’t know what it was. I said can they find out…that’s what the diagnostic fee is for. She said no i paid a diagnostic fee for my A/C problem and this was a separate noise so I would have to pay a separate diagnostic fee to find out what this new problem was. I declined the new diagnostic. I asked when I would be able to pick up my car. She said they have a two day turn around. She said she’d order the part for my car and I should hear back from them on Thursday. Excellent. Wednesday-I called no answer and no one calls me back. Thursday- I call. They placed me on hold for 9min 34sec. I called off a different phone and they answer immediately. I asked about my car and she stated no one has worked on it yet. I asked why. She stated the part wouldn’t arrive until 2:10pm today and her technician already went home for the day for the best bet would be Friday afternoon. Friday- They called in the afternoon and stated the vehicle was ready.
