The service department was friendly, efficient, and on

The service department was friendly, efficient, and on time. Betsy and Lynn who work the service desk were approachable and willing to help. Scott the courtesy driver was fabulous. Ryan Ware sold me my car a year ago and helped me arrange my most recent service check. I had the oil changed, hitch added, emission sensor replaced, and protective films applied to diver side doors. The mechanic did a great job and got it done quickly. Highly recommend Mills Service Team.

It took over two hours for the warranty work and oil/tire

It took over two hours for the warranty work and oil/tire rotation. A little frustrating not knowing how the 6.2L engine issues are going to be addressed
