I worked closely with Dima Lorenzi, Sales Associate at Jim Shorkey. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the Mitsubishi Outlander that I purchased as well as the warranties, etc. he was not pushy and he listened to my needs. I would highly recommend Dima and this dealership to any one seeking a new vehicle. I’m very happy with my Outlander and the service was great. They worked a good deal with me on my trade and the price of the new vehicle.

Steve was a great salesman, very courteous, willing to work with us, not pushy at all!! Checked in with me the next day to see how the trip home was, as we had a 2 hr drive. Everyone in the showroom was friendly and did not make you feel like a number just waiting for a sale. They were all very nice!! Can't say enough about this location, so glad we stumbled on to it! Dima was very knowledgeable about Mitsubishi vehicles. I drove 1 1/2 hrs to look at car and my wife couldn?t make the trip. He FaceTimed her to show her the vehicle and give her information. I was very impressed with my transaction.
