Great Service from Great staff!
Great Service beginning with person who set up my appointment by phone continued by person who welcomed me in and processed paperwork. Time was exact. Waiting felt COVID safe. Also, person doing maintenance in the waiting room was kind and conversant.

Poor customer service & even worse service dept
Customer service has been less than expected after purchasing a new $49k vehicle here. Had a Mazda hitch installed and the quality of work was not up to par causing a brand new bumper having to be installed. Don’t purchase or have your car serviced here if you expect decent work and fair customer service. I wish I could Include photos I took to show how bad their work is.

The hitch was installed by Yark Mazda. The manufacturer only offers a 1 1/4-inch hitch, as you were aware, and insisted you wanted the manufacturer hitch. You also wanted this included in the price of your purchase, which we declined, and stated we would add $350.00 to your trade-in value to help pay for over half of the cost of the hitch which was $629.22 total. The difference that was paid for the hitch was $279.22. You were not happy with the hitch and the way it had to be installed, and demanded we fix the situation. We removed the hitch, replaced the bumper and are in the process of issuing a credit in the amount of $279.22. Oil change
Waiting area:no fan or A/C, but lots of coffee, no water. Was told No one else complained, I was the only 1 there. Told it would take 45 min for my car, after 45 min I saw my car parked, went to the service desk, man was eating his lunch. He said it would be 5 min for the paperwork. It was actually 5 min for him to finish his lunch so he could do my paperwork. Worst experience. It's 82 degrees outside and inside.

Room For Improvement
Sales Staff and Technicians don't follow COVID safety guidelines, but service did follow safety guidelines. I wasn't able to get my transmission fluid changed because they didn't have the fluid in stock. Initally, my repair charge wasn't correct, but after pointing it out I was charged correctly. Facilities are going to be renovated, but aren't particularly nice to wait in as of May 2021. The oil change and tire rotation were completed as ordered.

I called the dealership in the morning for a car that was listed for 21991 on line. I asked for pictures which never came because the car was at the “detailing shop”. I called back around 4 and no answer from salesman on his cell phone. Call the dealership and he answers the phone right away. In the meantime I refreshed my browser and the car price had mysteriously been increased by $1200. No wonder he wouldn’t take my call. I asked if they would honor the originally advertised price and it was a no. Absolutely poor way to operate.

Definitely recommend.
Gary was excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable on the Mitsubishi Outlander we purchased. The customer service was excellent and the purchasing process was streamline and efficient. Whole process start to finish was around 3 hours.
