Purchased a 2010 Honda Accord from Orlando at Car Logic. Very nice guy, patient and went out of his way to make sure the process was smooth as possible. Lots of cars to choose from and reasonably priced.

I would leave 0 if I could. I do not recommend this place at all. I recently had to buy a car out of necessity. I heard a sound while test driving. I was told it was a loose heat shield. I did like the car and was okay buying with a loose heat shield. When I finished going through with the sale. All 4 tires were low, they needed to fill them up before we left as they didn’t take the initiative themselves. I drove the car once that day. The next day the check engine light came on. My trusted mechanic said the catalytic converter needed to be replaced and nothing was wrong with the heat shields that were on the car. I contacted Car Logic as it should not be standard or okay to sell someone a car that the safety is compromised. I was told it “the most important thing is not who said what or what we didn’t do, it’s important that you have the warranty and that it is getting fix”. Which the warranty did NOT cover the catalytic converter. This place has jeopardized my safety in order to get a sale. They hind behind, as I was told in the phone, they are used cars and things happen over night. I have never had to go to a mechanic after 24 hours of purchase. I was never told I was able to take the car to a mechanic before buying. I was also told that their mechanic typically doesn’t work on catalytic converters. The Carfax said they just had it looked at in May so they had to know. And instead of being honest, they risked my safety. Thankfully I am okay and if they respond they will probably say dumb stuff such as good thing you had the warranty and good thing no one was hurt or injured. That’s really all I got from them when I talked to them. I would NOT EVEN TRUST THEM
