This place is great! Just bought my first car from here for a great price. The sales person (Androw) was very friendly and informative. Definitely recommend for people looking for genuine cars. Their inspection team is so thorough.

I had the best experience anyone could ever have at car logic, they sold me a honda accord that is a gem for the price I paid. They even let me take any car to the mechanic before purchase. Genuine group of guys, that care about their cars.

This place should be shut down for so many reasons I can’t even count. I bought a car from them that they ensured me was well taken care of and in excellent condition. I had the car home for one week and it began stalling on me while driving which was extremely scary let alone very dangerous. It only did it a couple times the first few days and it would always turn back on after a couple of minutes Or so. I contacted them to let them know and they said they would see what they could do and get back to me. The car continued to stall one day after another, now multiple times a day and I had never got a returned phone call. I reached out again and they told me to take it to a place to see what the issue was but there were no check engine lights on nor were any codes showing up. I ended up leaving the first shop I took it to only to stall on the highway going 55mpb as cars and trucks were flying by me. I was so scared. I called them back and let them know AGAIN as to what was going on. Again, I got promised to have someone call me back and let me know what they could do to help since this wasn’t just a tiny issues but a life threatening issue. I’ve now had the car at three different shops and have spent about $500 fixing things that we are just guessing on what could be wrong but nothing has worked. I finally had a technician hook his coder up because he wanted to see what codes the car has thrown in the past and what issues have been fixed so we could find somewhere to start. He told me that whoever had the car last, deleted all codes and everything in the system so there was no way we could tell what was worked on prior to me purchasing it. Car logic obviously had something to hide by deleting these codes for someone else to not be able to see. I contacted them while at my 4th shop today to request they provide me with the codes that were deleted or to tell me what they saw as issues before an extremely dangerous car on their lot to sell to someone. The person I spoke to, named Bobby, told me he would have the technician call me back but that never happened. I asked to speak with a manager which he then replied that the only way I can speak with the owner or someone above his low position was for him to open a case (I have zero clue about what) and if it was approved, I was “allowed” to talk to someone in upper management. Sound like a joke already? It gets better. He told me the technician there was Malak and then when I called back, he told me Malak was the owner while stuttering his words. I am unsure as to whether Bobby Is lying to me or perhaps has a mental illness or Down syndrome due to his confusing answers and run arounds. If that is the case, I don’t blame Bobby at all but car logic needs to step up and have a manager speak with me to resolve these issues and not someone with a possible learning disability. I have a daughter myself with a learning disability and it’s difficult for her to handle angry people or frustrated people so for car logic to assign someone like him to handle the phone calls, I feel horrible for this man and car logic should know better. At any rate, I’ve still gotten nowhere with them and has had noone return my calls. If it was a simple fix and I knew what it was, I would pay for it out of pocket and call it a day. But it’s a very dangerous situation and I need the codes they deleted. I will have to take the lawyer route if not contacted back soon. This place is a sad place of business.

Awful awful awful place. They sell cars that are not safe for the road. They have zero care for their customers. They need to be shut down. They have caused me and my family so many problems and will not even talk to me to resolve any issues. Trust me when I say, STAY AWAY
