I brought my car in for 30,000 mile service and the dealer banged up my front end just below the right headlight. I didn’t notice it until I got home and I looked at it. They let me leave Lexus of Englewood Darcars without informing me of the damage. No I want it repaired. They said they would do it when I spoke with the main manager. She said that she didn’t like the way I was speaking to her because I said I wanted new parts and I didn’t want my car that had not a scratch on it to be banged out and painted. I wanted new parts and not a cheap repair. Again, the main manager really didn’t want to take responsibility or ownership for their problem and said they didn’t like the way I was talking. I would think I would have a reason to be upset when I bring my car in pay money for a service have it banged up and not even informed about it. I’m thinking right now about going to the Bergen County, Bar Association and getting a lawyer. I would not recommend this place anyone.

Ali, you did a Great Customer Service !!! First time to get a luxury car and its a surprise gift for my wife. She is very happy !!! A happy wife is a happy life !!! Ali and his manager Mark did us justice by giving us the best customer service we ever experience. We got great customer service compared to the torture we got years ago from BMW of Ramsey. They are so discriminating and staffs don't follow the written agreement.
