Tae was a very patient, non-pushy salesman, who was honest (strange to say of a car salesman) and very helpful. He worked his butt off to get me what I wanted and in the end I got much more than I bargained for. This also speaks volumes of the managers as well, who approved the deal on my brand new RX 350 Premium+! This was the fourth time I purchased Lexuses from them after dealing with multiple Lexus dealerships and none could even match them. Very professional and accommodating staff. They always suggest proactively on what the vehicle requires next and hence your vehicle never breaks down. The timings are flexible and they take just about 2 hours to service your vehicle. Comfortable sesting area and option to get a loaner vehicle (if booked in advance). Truly recommend them as the go-to Lexus dealership.

Purchased the car on 12/31/2022. These three people who I will NOT recommend to deal with: Neil Fraser, Mark Gaviola, Travor Warwick. They are only good in saying: "I am working on it for you", but nothing actually has been done about the three missing items, which must be on the car. I was given only one key fob due to a "shortage of the key fobs", promised the fob within a month. Today is 4/14. Still don't have it. The dealership ordered only back plate for the car. I get stopped by the police all the time for the missing front plate. Once I sent a complaint, I was promised the front plate. Still don't have it. According to the contract they were supposed to install the roof cross rails within a month from the purchase. Four months passed. Still don't have them. DO NOT BELIEVE this dealership if they promised you to complete the purchase package within a month. Just stop the process. I am hiring a lawyer, because I was late several times to work as the police stopped me. My husband and I cannot share the car because only one has a key fob. I cannot put even one star for them until I get what belongs to the car.
