My sales consultant, Frank Pagallo, was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He made the process of buying a car very easy. This is the second Lexus that I purchased with his assistance. Michael Maxx, the Sales Manager, was also very helpful. He helped me with two previous purchases as well. In addition to this, Angela in the financing department was also very helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions and helped to streamline the financing process.

Even though my credit score was low they were able to find me a descent car. Overall the experience was good.

I purchased a certified Lexus ES 300h on 02/08/17 The sales person had broke their 3 of the following promises. 1) The front bumper cover was missing. They had offered to fix it, but it has been over one month and they still haven't given me a bumper cover. 2) The car has lot of small scratches, but they said after buffing and polishing most of them will go away. However, after one wash 90% of them came back. 3) They offer 1.9% APR for 5 years, but last minute they changed it to 2.5% APR and my credit score is rated very good. I called them multiple times to fix my problems but they have not addressed them, so stay away LEXUS OF ENGLEWOOD

Made a appointment with Juan Ospina on Wednesday for Saturday at 9 am. I didn't show up until 9:50 am. He had the car ready and warm, because it was cold outside. He was able to answer all of my question about the car and made myself and my wife fill comfortable and gave us a good price, so we bought the car.

Mistakes do happen but you move on, i walked into the dealership on 3/6/17 to pick up my IS300 from getting an oil change. Grace from the front desk greets me with a smile and asked how are you ?, seconds later Sultan my service advisor did the same. NOW THIS IS WHY I WILL CONTINUE TO COME TO LEXUS OF ENGLEWOOD. regards of what happen in the past i will continue to be loyal to this dealership. thank you grace and sultan, see you in 5,000 miles
