My credit wasn't all that good, I liked the car but needed a cosigner. They worked it out where I didn't need a cosigner and made me a very happy customer!

I purchased a certified Lexus ES 300h on 02/08/17 The sales person had broke their 3 of the following promises. 1) The front bumper cover was missing. They had offered to fix it, but it has been over one month and they still haven't given me a bumper cover. 2) The car has lot of small scratches, but they said after buffing and polishing most of them will go away. However, after one wash 90% of them came back. 3) They offer 1.9% APR for 5 years, but last minute they changed it to 2.5% APR and my credit score is rated very good. I called them multiple times to fix my problems but they have not addressed them, so stay away from Lexus of Englewood.
