I came to the dealership to get my car serviced and mistakenly came to the wrong building. I was lucky to encounter Miro who could have just send me to the service building, but he took his time and actually saved me quite some money with introduction of an electric car and I didn’t have to spent the money on my car repairs. So I can say now no more gas stations, tuneups. oil changes or waiting in service departments. I just did my first charge and it was way easier than I thought, plug and play. Cost of charge was little over 10$, what is not to like. Thank you Miro for taking your time and thank you for finding me the color I like. I love my RZ.

Although I live in Manhattan, and had leased my prior cars from Lexus of Manhattan, My last car was in a serious accident in northern New Jersey and required towing to a nearby shop. To have it repaired, however, It needed to be taken to a Lexus facility. Lexus of Manhattan refused to retrieve it in New Jersey, so I called Lexus of Englewood and spoke with Woody in their service department. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Not only did he arrange to have my car brought to their repair facility in Port Chester, but he either called or texted me regularly for the next four weeks to let me know the precise status of the repair process. In short, he was fantastic. Ultimately, my insurer decided to declare the car a total loss, requiring me to get a new car. And rather going back to Lexus of Manhattan, I chose to give my business to DARCAR Lexus of Englewood. It was a great choice. I met with Miro, who patiently explained all of my options, worked with me on pricing, let me test drive the model I had selected, and helped me resolve all the knotty issues I had to confront with my insurer and the NY DMV. It was a thoroughly professional and enjoyable experience on all levels. Kudos!
