Tae was an absolute pleasure to work with. I wanted a very specific SUV with very specific features in a very specific color, even though I knew it would mean a wait. Tae kept me updated throughout the process while we waited for the car to arrive. He was never pushy, nor did he try to make a faster sale by pushing a model that was easier to obtain.
