I am happy dealing with Mitsubishi, every time I go there

I am happy dealing with Mitsubishi, every time I go there they are washing and cleaning my car too.

Manny did a fine job assisting me find the SUV I

Manny did a fine job assisting me find the SUV I purchased. Unfortunately, things went bad from there. I was charged thousands of dollars for service agreements that were never discussed or wanted. After discovering the matter, it took months to get the services agreements refunded. I will not purchase from this dealership again.

I appreciated the level of respect I received when I was

I appreciated the level of respect I received when I was at the dealership. The customer service from Manny was fantastic and I felt like he wanted my business. I was happy to make a deal and drive away with a new car same day. Lam, in finance, was very knowledgeable and made a great impression. He's a no nonsense kind of guy and there should be more people like him working at dealerships. I'm very happy I bought my car at Ed Morse Mitsubishi Tampa.

Excellent service by Brandon

Brandon did an excellent job servicing my Audi. I brought my vehicle here because my wife has a Cadillac and she has had great service with their other service dept.
