Michelle the service manager did an excellent job. I had an issue after servicing. I brought it back and she took care off it 100%. Customer service is all about how you treat the customers.

The employees at the customer service counter and the technicians did a great job with the service work. Identified a couple of other items that need to be done under the extended warrant and scheduled a follow up visit.

I came in to get a battery and the receiving man told me it would take 2 to 3 hours but I was finished in about 1 and a half hour ! Thanks for taking care of me in the same day and replacing it so much faster than expected!😉

I had add on's ordered when I purchased the vehicle, 10 days later I had heard nothing about my accessories, I called and when it was brought to their attention, they had my accessories there and with insistence on my part they were able to install them that same day. My point is that how long would it have been if I hadn't called, and how much sooner could I have had them.

I purchased a used Avalanche after shopping online. The sales staff were upfront on their process and low pressure. No surprises and happy with my purchase which was priced fairly.
