Great service - Jaime greeting me as I came in and going over the vehicle afterwards. Wendy and Michelle as I was paying. All very friendly and polite.

My vehicle has been in your body shop for rear end damage...

My vehicle has been in your body shop for rear end damage since October 21st. Over 10 weeks and the work is not yet complete. Horrible to work with, does not return phone calls. Completely unacceptable customer service and time line. Never, ever will I use the main motors body shop again nor will I ever refer any friends or family to your shop.

Routine oil change

Changed oil and oil filter, performed routine multi point vehicle inspection Service performed fairly quickly. Still have questions about why my key fob will not always unlock or lock the car doors.

new truck

very good communication before truck even arrived everyone was polite and friendly was shown the new features and upgrades and will call them when i trade for a new truck

Service Department

We brought our 2005 Chevy Avalanche in because the back tires were " LOCKING UP" Nick worked on our truck and TOTALLY FIXED THE PROBLEM!!!😊 He also found a few other problems that would've left me STRANDED! GOD BLESS NICK! Tyler changed the oil afterwards and did an EXCELLENT JOB ALSO!! Thankyou Main Motors!!!💗

Low trade, poor communication

Went to trade in a vehicle for a new traverse. Was offered thousands less then other dealers. Then, because their car was priced below market, I figured I would submit a credit app anyways and see what happens. I didn’t hear anything until I followed up my self. Then I was told the finance is busy and since I wasn’t physically in the store, I was put on the back burner. I waited an entire day, and still nothing. I then called my sales rep only to find out they still didn’t work on it but someone would be in touch. Almost entire day again went by and I followed up once again. I was told it was approved but I’d have to put some money down, I said how much, my rep said she didn’t know but someone would call me. No one called so I purchased else where. Poor communication, low trade and felt as I wasn’t important.

Fast, easy and painless

My 5 months with Main Motors

I contacted 4 Chevy closer to town looking for an '18 Chevy Equinox late in 2017.. Nothing for 5 weeks. Then I thought why not try Main. They said we see what you're looking for- come on up. They had my car there- exactly ( actually better than my goal- it has everything. ). I couldn't believe when I was driving back to New Brighton with my fully financed new car in less than 3 hours. My best experience since I bought a '64 Pontiac Tempest in Cloquet 54 years ago. RMJ New Brighton
