Jon Cox is and has always been great to work with. I can’t say enough good things about the help he and the rest of the dealership provide in making a things smooth. Matt Ricker in finance was pleasant and helpful in explaining all of my options.

White’s Honda went above and behind to rectify a situation regarding poor communication. I was really blown away by their customer service and follow up. We have been long standing customers and will continue to be for years to come!

I was a UAW member for 30 years, and they are on strike

I was a UAW member for 30 years, and they are on strike again begging for more money, but does not increase the retirees pay. I take home $1300 a month for the rest of my life after 30 service. Most of the employees in the UAW ( BIG 3) are making far more then that in a week and they are on strike for more money. These strikers getting $500 a week which is $2000 a month, more then I get. Thats why I bought a Honda that is built in America, buy American workers, the transmission, engine also built in America and 70% of all other parts come from the USA & CANADA. I dont think there is another car made in the USA by a Union worker that can say that.

Addressed my concerns from my last visit when I did not

Addressed my concerns from my last visit when I did not receive a copy of my multi point inspection which might have shown that my battery should be replaced. There was no copy of it in the computer systems. My battery died and I had to have it jumped and then purchase a new battery. Also the maintenance was not reset on my dash and no reminder sticker for the next visit.

They did not ask me about repairing my left rear tire on

They did not ask me about repairing my left rear tire on my 2020 Honda civic hatchback I just asked for a quote if they would have asked I would have told them no I am seriously thinking about getting my service to my civic done somewhere else and thinking about not ever about buying another car from this dealer ship again I am not pleased at all my service advisor even left before my car was done so I didn’t even get to talk to him

This dealership is very professional and efficient.

This dealership is very professional and efficient. They promptly took my car into the service center and the work was completed in very little wait time. The representatives were very nice and respectful. I will return again for service on my Accord Sport, since I was very pleased with my experience here.
