The people that this dealership, especially the

The people that this dealership, especially the maintenance department, are professionals and courtesy when it comes to working on your car. Unfortunately, the major electrical problem Honda have with the controls is still a problem with the overall system design. After several recalls, we still get brake alerts just driving straight down the street. There are other ghost issues as well. Too many to list.

During a motorcycle trip this past July, I visited

During a motorcycle trip this past July, I visited White's looking at preowned CR-V's. I was met by Ashlie Long who gave me informative information about the model of cars I was interested in and the dealership in general. After a failed experience at a Fort Wayne Honda dealership, I told my wife about the experience I had with White's. We loaded up and drove an hour east to Lima to see Ashlie again! She helped us find the car that fit our needs perfectly. The entire purchasing process was much better than expected. Ashlie was very professional, honest and transparent but also FUN! It was a rare positive car buying experience that all would enjoy. Thank you, White's, and especially you Ashlie!

The best dealership in the country!

The best dealership in the country! Hands down! I am so afraid if White goes away or changes hands I’ll never be able to purchase another car or have one serviced!! Hope they’re around and doing this great service as long as I’m around!

I'm retired but worked over 45 years in all mechanical

I'm retired but worked over 45 years in all mechanical fields. I know if the work they have done is good or not. An if it isn't satisfactory to the owner. They will make it right ASAP. Treated well from the time you enter the shop to the time you leave. They make good coffee. I will come back for my service and my next car.

The mechanics are good, but the rest of the service

The mechanics are good, but the rest of the service department is terrible. I called to check on my car and got an answering machine, then I called back and asked the operator to get me service, after about 20 rings I guy answered and was extremely rude, said he’d have someone check on my car and call me back, but never did. I waited another hour called back, but no one could tell me about my car. The person I talked to said they would leave a message with someone and they’d call me back. An hour or so later I got a call it was done. A few days later I got a call asking how my experience was and not to do this survey until I talked to them. Called yesterday was told they have the manager call me either yesterday or today at the latest, it’s 7:15 the next day and nothing, which tells me they really don’t care about their customers! I like taking my car there because it’s local, but if is the way they do business, considering taking my vehicle elsewhere. Am planning on buying a new car in the near future, but may look else where now!

The Parts department staff is amazing!

The Parts department staff is amazing! They were so helpful and friendly. When Zach called to tell me my part was in, it was like talking to a friend, not a person I had just met the previous day. Thank you!
