Mormon Lease

Alex Day, Markeith Powell, Peter Sercia, and the staff at Monterey Peninsula Hyundai are professional and very accommodating. My experience was enjoyable and low stress.

helpful and professional

I worked with the sales rep, sales manager and finance manager. They were all friendly and professional. They were ready to help without being too aggressive. When I was hunting for a new car, I was hesitating between a Hyundai Sonata and Toyota Camry. I contacted Monterey's Hyundai dealer and Toyota dealer. The Toyota dealer was too slow to respond. They gave me the impression that they were not eager for your business. They didn't give me a quote until I had driven home my new Hyundai.

Peninsula Hyundai

Excellent! Top notch! The best automobile buying experience I've ever had. I am 73 years old and have purchased many cars in my life including Jaguar, Mercedes, Lexus, Toyota, and many others including two other Hyundai's in Kansas City. Alex Day, Chris Rogers, and Peninsula Hyundai in general were the best of them all. Highly recommend them. Ask for Alex (Chris is general manager).

2017 Santa Fe Sport Ultimate

Working with everyone at the Dealership was a pleasure as they were all very friendly and helpful. Particularly Alex and Christian, our sales professionals for their knowledge and helpfulness.

Just say'n

Chris the sales manager and Stanley our salesperson were both great and fun to work with!!! They both made it a good experience for us. Shirley was very helpful explaining how everything worked. I'm not sure how the service dept. is going to work out yet. Our experience with the finance guy wasn't good. He must've been in a very bad mood that day.

Very good buying experience.

Jason was very helpful in explaining all about the car. Chris Rogers was upfront in explaining the mechanics of the deal and providing several options. Chris also answered my questions to my satisfaction. Shirley was also very helpful in explaining the various functions of the car, which we needed, since our present car is much older. The car was prepped well and ready to go when we took delivery. Haven't had it in yet for paint sealant and attaching license plates but believe the service people will do a fine job.

Christian was very helpful and very good at his job. I would recommended this dealership becuase of my visit with him. Showed us a great alternative vehicle to meet our needs.

Well rounded experience at Peninsula Hyundai

Our sales person Jeff was amazing and attentive. Shirley was an absolute joy and pleasure to work with directly after our purchase. She showed us how everything worked inside the vehicle, paired our phones and set our bluelink. We have already had to bring our vehicle in to the body shop (an unfortunate incident with getting our rear windows tinted at another place, nothing to do with Peninsula Hyundai) and Marvin and staff in service got us into a loaner car just like our car (2017 sonata sport) and Joseph in the body shop is taking pristine care of our new car and making sure it gets fixed. We greatly appreciate everyone's attentiveness at this dealership, from the sales department, to the service department and the body shop. Thank you!
