One of the worst dealerships I ever been to.

One of the worst dealerships I ever been to. Seen an add on Facebook marketplace for a corvette. When we arrived the car had some cosmetic damage. They purposely didn't post pictures or mention the damage on the add to lure us in. The manager was rude and didn't want to negotiate or drop the price down at all. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!

Best car buying experience ever!

Best car buying experience ever!!! Jimmy and Juan at STG Bellflower hooked me up. Everything went smoothly and was out of there in no time. Go see these guys and you’ll be in good hands. See y’all in a few years for my next ride 😎. Thanks guys!

The worst car buying experience I have ever had and I

The worst car buying experience I have ever had and I have bought MANY cars over the years. These amateur used car salesman really undermine and insult your intelligence. During Christmas holiday 2024, I merely inquired about a used BMW 530 series for sale at their Bellflower location. I was enthusiastic at first but when I arrived, things got weird. The original contact was Jorge, one of the sales managers who obnoxiously bombarded me with persistent emails However, when I arrived, I was greeted by Rafael, who had introduced himself as Jorge's manager. No problem. He escorted me to his office and I briefly chatted with Rafael for five minutes. He appears to be motivated to see me buy but then leaves me alone in the office for thirty minutes (very inconsiderate). Another salesperson shows up and introduced herself. She had no clue or communication from the other two culprits and knew nothing about BMWs. She said she owned one which I didn't believe. She leaves the office pretending she was going to speak with Jorge. She never came back. In total 2 hours I was left unattended. I tip toed out in a hurry. It was totally improper and unprofessional. They called 1 hour later and didn't even notice that I left. Jorge was an arrogant individual who brought no value or enthusiasm to the table. I have worked sales in the past for years and it behooves me how badly their location is operated. Stay far away from STG. The fact that I excellent credit didn't faze these idiots. Two weeks later, I visited a very high end dealers in South Orange county and left with a beautiful 2019 BMW 530e series with absolutely No Money Down!! The Reddit and Yelp negative reviews are all accurate complaints. No shame in their game.

No major problem .

No major problem .. except- un professional salesmanship .. two hours prior to arrival to dealership- I provided all pertinent information via emails with mansger.. Car NOT READY ..salesman totally un familiar with car..playing with cellphone while we talk to him ….etc

BEWARE!

BEWARE! Called ahead and scheduled an appointment. Was promised the car would be ready to look at. Drove 4 hours and asked for the salesperson who promised. The reception announces her name Lorena and nobody shows up for the next 30 min. I teach out again and then she comes in after another 15 minutes and say somebody else would be right here with you. Another 30 minutes pass and nothing happens. So I try to get back to my car disappointed and another sales person Rafael stops me. I tell him what happened and he said The car's not here but it's going to be here in another 30 minutes for sure. Tell him I'll get my kids a quick bite and be back and he says he will give me a call as soon as the car gets here. Another hour and a half pass by and nothing I text him back and don't get a response for another 45 minutes. Wizard the whole day thinking of driving back home for 4 hours I give a call and a manager by the name of Milad speaks to me and says that it's the end of the year and these things happen I will get you the latest update on the status this time I do get a call back and they say that the car is not going to be here for another 2 hours wasted the whole day now they're saying the car is going to be here at 6:00 p.m. I decide not to take a chance and believe in them that the car is going to be here and I drove back. I really don't think these guys care and it's one of the worst experiences that you will have buying anything in your life.

Just got a new car from STG Bellflower Vincent and Jose helped us out. Awesome customer service Super cool very welcoming gave us a good deal helped me and my mom get into nice car

Crooks!

Crooks! This place is devoid of ethics and professionalism. They will try to charge you more than they advertise. They started at $10,000 more than the 29,000 listed price on their website. Buyers should run!!! They are corrupt.

Had a great buying experience with STG Auto in

Had a great buying experience with STG Auto in Bellflower. My salesman Alex was excellent in all aspects of the sale and was knowledgeable about the product. He was friendly and polite, and was pleasant to work with throughout the sale. I feel I got a great deal, and would recommend STG Auto to others.

I had an appointment for 9AM.

I had an appointment for 9AM. No one helped me until 9:30AM, and the car I was trying to buy wasn't even there after they said they would have it ready. Extremely unprofessional. I spoke to Johnathan (terrible) and Jose the sales manager (worse). Go else where.
