I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing from this dealership. Lorena is a liar! They only tell you what you want to hear. Will never purchase another vehicle from this dishonest place. Spoke to "Manager," who said they take care of things, but never heard back.

They are not honest and use deceptive practices which may leave you in a bad position financially. Also they have very overpriced fees they will try and charge you. Look elsewhere if possible!

It's been a min since my purchase, but I felt compelled to write this review. After getting denied by several dealers, I almost gave up hope got recommended STG in Bellflower and they hooked it up still have my car and I love it. Ask for Ricardo he is in sales but he helped me and he made it happen.

Drove an hour and a half to check their CX-30’s. They had SIX of them on the website and a salesman texted them to me. When I got there, they told that not a single one of them was actually there. They were all at a different location getting “worked on.” Cool day!! Huge flaw in the system, please don’t waste people’s time by advertising cars you don’t have yet!!

My goodness these people are ridiculous! If you like being taken advantage of, this is the place for you. We heard lie after lie after lie! Drove 2 1/2 hrs with an appointment for them to backtrack on everything we were promised before making the drive. Once we were ready to get the xxxx out of there, we found out they gave my DL to another customer who had already left!!! What does the sales manager do? Took advantage to make me another offer! When we told him the only reason we were still there was to get my DL that they gave out to someone else, what does he have the audacity to say?! “Oh that’s not my problem, I’m here to give you numbers”!!! Beyond ridiculous, these people are a bunch of scammers!!! Stay away!!!

They should have a ➖️⭐️ STG RIPS PEOPLE OFF! Never buying from here again. They sneaked in 4 services at $2k a piece. All their extra packages suck and aren't worth their prices or hassles. They don't open on weekends and aren't available for you. I ha e to miss a day of work in order to use my $2k package (oil change and wash, Car Protector Sheath,) GPS Package is worthless, can't even track your own car. There's apps that cost $8 per month that do better. You can cancel your packages at anytime and get a refund on your purchase BUt THEY HIDE THAT FROM YOU. Stay away from this place. So many high end cars, they can't work on any of them. Hit and miss on their service. Never again.
