Just be diligent!

I worked with Big Mitch when purchasing my car.. He was friendly and texted me the next day to "check on me" ... Wondering if he checks on all his female customers . It was kinda weird.. He kept asking me that night & a few days afterwards to complete a review... But I patiently waited on purpose! The car had a message on the dash that said the car needed an oil change. So I asked for the oil to be changed... He didn't come through as promised on the oil change. I had to call up there to get the oil change issue corrected. I sent my son up there and he told my son ,he NEVER said we can get the oil change on Monday which was untrue. He told my son they were booked & he needed to make an appointment and to come back the next day at 4pm...Mitch promised us we would get an oil change & fill up the tank on Monday (since it was late & everyone was gone for the day). We were there at 9:30am as he told us on the night we purchased the car. After calling Ann ,she said Merit Auto is not into "playing games" and she got the oil change done for me on Monday. She also said, they do not open until 10am so I am wondering why Mitch told us to be there at 9:30 for the oil change. This is the very reason why I didn't complete the review until Big Mitch fulfilled his promise. Side note: Not all, but some Car salesmen say one thing & do another (which would have happened if I didn't speak to someone else to get the oil change). This wasn't my first rodeo purchasing a car! He also had the nerve to go fill the car up & stop and get food from Subway (who does that)... The process of purchasing the car was smooth all in all!

Very professional dealership

I had a excellent experience with Merit. The salesman Mr. Mitch was very professional and had alot of patience with me. I would highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

Lowest interest rate, great experience!

My husband and I purchased a 2018 Lexus GX 460 here at Merit Auto Group. Our experience was pleasant and we are very happy with the purchase. We got a 2.29% interest rate through one of their credit unions! Thank you Merit team!

The best service

When you get there asking for Juan the best salesman and everyone so nicely and the process and paperwork is was so fast and easy they always work with you 2nd cars we buying with them 100% recommended 🙌

Terrible

They don't take pride in their vehicles and do not inspect them properly. For any car dealership that says they take pride they cars should be looked at thoroughly. Not break down the same day or next once you leave the lot. If you buy a car from there bring it to a real mechanic to have them look at it.

New Mercedes

Sold out from under me

I was approved for the car and discussing delivery with the salesperson. Then they called me to let me know that they just sold the car. This wasted several hours of my time, including extra breaks that I took at work. I felt very disrespected by this dealership, and would not recommend it to a friend. I also have heard that they sell cars with known mechanical issues. Stay away.

liars

was looking at the car and was going to pay cash, took it for a test drive, the trans kept slipping, and it ran ruff, when i told them, they told me what do i want for a cheap car, well to me 5500 is not cheap
