The purchase of my car was largely accomplished from 700 miles away. When I flew down to see it, the car was exactly as it was represented, prepared essentially as new. My principle contact during the whole process was Marisela Shema; she was almost instantly responsive and totally thorough in fielding questions and providing information. In the dealership she walked me through the features of the car and sat in with me on my test drive. I’m also pleased that Merit is arranging the transportation of my new 2007 Honda S2000 up the coast for me.

Got linked up with Giulia after doing an online inquiry, and man what a pleasant person to work with. Super kind, patient, attentive and willing to go the extra mile helping me through the entire process. She was more than willing to assist me in finding a vehicle that worked for me and my budget allowing several test drives as I compared different models. She did not fluff or try to xx her way through answering questions, she either answered directly and decisively, or she stated she would check with appropriate person. Dealership was clean with a decent selection. Prices are comparable to other listing's and seem to beat the local market. Lobby was comfortable with friendly staff that were not pushy. Would definitely recommend them if you are in the vehicle buying market.
