Responsive, polite, comprehensive review of what they had fixed on the car. Pics, videos, anything we requested for a long distance purchase. Giulia was an amazing sales person. In the end, we did not purchase because we chose a different model car that they did not have on the lot. However, I would never be afraid to purchase from this dealer and have the car shipped to Michigan. They were thorough but not pushy. 5 stars!!!
