I purchased a Kia forte5 in December 07, 2023 the dealer

I purchased a Kia forte5 in December 07, 2023 the dealer never remitted the application for title and registration also I just found out the car title has a Lien from another financial company from previous owner. And the sad part I call on January and ask about the license plates and they lie they said that the owner had turned the application to the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles when I went there they said they don’t have any record and the title have a lien

My name is Forest ,I am a Navy Veteran. Our experience with Autopedia Inc. was nothing short of fantastic. As a navy veteran, I appreciate companies that go above and beyond to support our military community, and Autopedia Inc. certainly did not disappoint in this regard. One of the things that impressed us most was the attention to detail that Autopedia Inc. showed in their selection of vehicles. The Suburu Forester that we ultimately purchased was in exceptionally clean condition, with low miles and all the features we were looking for. My disabled wife was also able to comfortably test drive the vehicle without any issues, which was very important to us. Throughout the entire car buying process, the staff at Autopedia Inc. were professional and knowledgeable, without ever being pushy or overly aggressive. They listened to our needs, answered all of our questions, and helped us make an informed decision about the best vehicle for our family. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience at Autopedia Inc. and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a high-quality used vehicle. Do NOT buy from them! Looked at a vehicle for 8999.00 wanted to pay cash. Was told they couldn't sell this car without a warranty because they encourage financing. So you can finance at a high rate which makes the car about 14k OR you have to buy a warranty which makes the car 12132.00! No where in the add does it say you have to finance OR buy a warranty! No where does it say this is finance only or cash price is different! Scammers! Me: So out the door it’s 8999. Plus appx 900 tax and title? Them: Ok he said $12132 with 2 years warrantyHe said we cannot sell the vehicle without warranty package because we have it listed at that price to encourage financing. We are losing money selling cash. We are losing money selling cash. And nowhere in your listing, does it say that you have to finance a car. No where does it say this is a finance price this is a cash price so that’s false advertising Them: The difference with our company, and other dealerships when you are buying cash, other dealerships, will add fees, such as maintenance,shipping,delivery fees, and we do not add any of those. We do a fee where it is convenient for you and for us. If you go and try to purchase cash at any other dealership, they will 100% add additional fees. Which will not be convenient for you and 100% profitable for them. OBVIOUSLY they scam people.don’t trust their pricing and be sure to read their other reviews.

My daughter is happy

SORRY DEALER

Tried to get info on car , trade-in and financing. Gave me the run around. Never could get answers. Worst I have dealt with. Would not recommend these sorry people.

Stay Away

Stay away… car sold, but I was still let on to believe it was still there then conveniently under contract when I got there… but wait, if you are willing to pay more than the guy with the contract… he’ll sell it for cash. The "sales person" who was quick to text when I showed interest, just forgot to inform me that the car sold the day before my appointment time. Drove over an hour and took off work to get there!!

BEWARE

I purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ back in February and I haven’t received my license plates and it’s been over 4 months they haven’t registered my vehicle and also they haven’t sent over my title to my bank so they are increasing my apr %. I also only drove the truck 3 weeks before the transmission went completely out and I had to pay $4000 out of my pockets because Autopedia wouldn’t pay. I wouldn’t recommend these shady dealers to my worst enemy. I have filed a complaint with TxDOT and Stay away !

Satisfied Customer !

You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, you get friendly people who don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re were helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. Thank you Autopedia for making my first car purchase a pleasant experience . Will def, recommend my family & friends
