Beware!

I came in with a pre approval letter from my bank to purchase a car, this dealer ran my credit 5 times and when I wanted to back out of the dealer they caved into the GM loan my credit is excellent, never had my permission to do the credit and added a lux package to the price again with out my permission. Shady dealer! Added 1295.00 to the cost of the car.Do not deal with Napleton of Crystal Lake Illinois

Went good at first.

Went good at first. Then salesman came back with the paperwork and they apparently add a $1,298.00 charge to all cars for a Lux care protection program…. Beware! They seem to do this to advertise cars lower priced to drive traffic into the dealership. This is an 8 year old car with nearly 100k miles!!! It added more than the tax did, nearly 10% of the advertised price!!! Very scammy and the sort of practice that makes car dealers look bad.

had to get my 2017 Yukon transmission replaced after only

had to get my 2017 Yukon transmission replaced after only 75K miles. No indications it was going bad, no warnings, no indicators of issues. Just stopped working ( well maintained as well ). Had to tow this vehicle in. Got an estimate, then when I went to pay and showed them from GMCs own parts website. parts.gmc.com that they were price gouging on parts they had in stock.. refused to take any off my bill. They priced gouged in parts in excess of $1K compared to other local GMC shops. Stay away from their service department, unethical and rude. Lost a customer for life.

Extremely Poor Service Department

Stay away from these people for service. They price gouge you on parts. Compared to other GMC certified shops and service dealers they will price gouge you. Refuse to even acknowledge the pricing on GMCs own parts site. took me for an extra $1K and change for replacing a transmission that should not have failed after only $75K miles.

Jim Sprandel sevice mgr. very nice man and also explains everything to you clearly.The rest of the staff was also very pleasant. I would give this dealership 10 stars if I could. My car was washed for me and I needed it considering it was a cold winter day.
