I was met in the Service area by a very professional
I was met in the Service area by a very professional woman. I'm sorry for not remembering her name. She was so friendly and kind. My service was an oil change and tire rotation. It didn't take long so I was comfortable in the Waiting area. However, I would have liked to watch television, but I was told that someone had stolen the remote. It's not your fault. I hope it has been replaced. Every area was clean and comfortable to be in. The Team members that I encountered were all pleasant and professional. I had been there previously to get new batteries for my auto key fob. Again, everyone was so helpful, and professional. The receptionist is wonderful. She has the gift of conversation and it's nice to have someone actually make eye contact with you. Thank you for allowing me to take the survey.
