Whaling City Ford

Terrible service. The reason I stay away from car dealerships. I brought my car in to get the heating system checked out. The mechanic said that I needed a new thermostat so I had it replaced. When I picked my car up I was told “your heat is hotter than ever”. I drove around with the car for about a week and could tell that the heat WAS NOT “hotter than ever”. I called ford back to tell them what was wrong and I was told to bring my car back in but I would still have to pay for whatever the problem was. A week after I got the thermostat “fixed” my car broke down on the side of the road, the reason was because I had a cracked thermostat housing unit. I took my car to another auto shop and they fixed the unit but told me I needed another thermostat and that the thermostat housing unit should have been replaced when I brought my car to Ford. 0/10 would recommend anyone brings their car to whaling city ford for auto work.

accompanied my 22 year old daughter to purchase a new Mazda cx5. I was helped by two pleasant knowledgeable young men Nate and Mitch. We took two thorough test drives and purchased the vehicle on our second visit. The entire process, including financing were all seamless. Two days later, she drove away with the car and we could not be happier. No BS...no empty promises...full professional delivery. Thanks guys !

Didn't do the job i asked for and had the nerves to charge me for the job they did, which was already done a few months prior to this visit.

It is really sad when you drive 40 minutes to buy a new car. Now two months later there is a shimmy in the steering. I have been a customer for 45 years. I am told they might possibly be able to fit me in later next week. This is the only car my wife and I have. So we have a ca with a steering issue. I guess they want us to drive it like that. The sales people where nothing special as well, this also includes the owners promises he made with us. It is under new management. Will no longer go to this dealership. Totally done with them.

Very disappointed made appointment to see a specific car, Fusion sel 2020. We specifically asked for a call back if the car was sold as we were going to be driving 1hr half to dealership We get to dealership only to find salesperson works from home and manager said car was sold and not available and we got no call back as promise. Make sure before dealing with this dealership that car is really available.because their promise is unreliable at best and at worst they bait and switch.

Whaling city has a been a dealership I've dealt with for quite along time I took delivery of my new vehicle on Monday and although my relationship isn't complete I can't be more happier with my experience with whaling city sales team by far my best experience to date
