Took off work early and drove 50 miles for recall

Took off work early and drove 50 miles for recall appointment. They even called me to confirm appointment. Arrived and they took my truck, waited about 15 minutes and they said they would have to order the part. I ask to speak to a manager and he said this is standard procedure. Why not order the part and then take the appointment. Total waist of my time. Lost me as a customer

I am extremely satisfied with my truck purchasing

I am extremely satisfied with my truck purchasing experience at Joe Bullard Chevrolet. Hunter and Angela were eager to communicate with me via email over several weeks helping me refine my search. Ethan did a great job when I went to the dealership to test drive the car. He was quite knowledgeable about the truck I was interested in and was very low-key and down to earth, which made working with him a pleasure. And once I made the decision to purchase, Joshua was exceptionally helpful and flexible taking me through the final part of the process. If I ever need to replace this truck in the future, I will once again make the drive from Baldwin County over to Joe Bullard Chevrolet to make the purchase.
