Buyer Beware.
Buyer Beware. It's completely illegal to require lowjack and permaguard warranties with the purchase of a vehicle. And yet the sales managers and salesman all proudly hold firm along with tint and a seasonal protection package. Furthermore they up-charge vehicle prices $5k above msrp across the board while dramatically low balling trade value offers. Tip*** - Honda Finance isn't competitive in the auto loan rate space for top tier borrowers. Go with a credit union. I went in expecting worst case $10k positive equity and a new vehicle and left empty handed hoping and praying other Locals aren't falling for this. Do not buy from this place. Value yourself and go to another dealership. You'll get wrecked otherwise.

Lack of Integrity
Lack of integrity is institutional. Second bad experience with this dealer. Received an email / call that the new vehicle I was looking for just came in. Turned out to be a bait and switch, had an auction vehicle instead that they would mark down because of the inconvenience. I should have been suspicious when the "new" cars sales person actually worked in used cars. AVOID this dealer

Defective Parts, Substandard Warranty
I bought an Accord new in 2017. Only 28K miles. Backup camera stopped working. Wanted $525 to fix it. Defective parts, substandard warranty, did not honor the discounted oil change coupon. When the car was done it was @ half hour before they got around to letting me pay. Will never buy from them again. There are better deals for non detective cars, with better service elsewhere.

Prequalified to purchase a vehicle. Down payment was refused and pre-qualification process for the loan was approved. Vehicle was sold without contacting us with a simple phone call.

Did not feel welcomed
Came in today to purchase my leased car. I approached the lady at the desk when walking in and told her I was there to see a salesman to speak about purchasing my car. She became very irritated with me really quick because I didn’t tell her I was previously leasing my car. She then made a comment “good thing I read minds!” And walked off from me to grab someone. She was very rude. She did not make me feel welcomed whatsoever. I believe that if you’re going to work at a big dealership such as Honda and you are the first person people see when walking in that you should be welcoming and kind.

Dealership on decline
I had an appointment for service at Howdy Honda today (basically an oil change) and waited 55 minutes in one of the lanes before someone finally came to check me in. This was despite the fact several vehicles who showed up after me (as many as about 25-30 minutes) got lucky in their lanes and were checked in before someone even came to talk to me. Has Howdy Honda never been busy before? Do they really have no equitable way to check people in? I was then told it would take 2.5-3 hours. He said I could take his card and get immediate service another time, but at this point I had realized a once proud dealership has been brought to its knees by the pandemic, or perhaps poor management. Couldn’t they warn people when scheduling an appointment there will be long delays? Can’t they determine a fair way to check people in when they’re busy? Are there no supervisors? After purchasing and maintaining many cars from Howdy Honda, I guess they’re a business on the decline. Sad, and a poor representation of Honda in general.
