Jesse Brocamomtez and Mike Smith were super helpful after a previous issue I had at the dealership. They went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was serviced properly. I had to take it back and they were extremely accommodating. Jesse is a great employee and HH is lucky to have him. I really appreciate that Mike took ownership of my issue and got it resolved.

My car needed to be looked over for a sunroof shade repair that was to be covered by a third-party extended warranty company. Will took the time to explain the process, and gave fully transparent information on what it would cost me if the warranty company declined to pay for the repair. There were no surprises for what I ended up paying, and they had my car in one day, and out the next. Will kept me in the loop via text and phone and I was pleased with the timely updates. Will was polite, effective and informative without pressuring me to do something I wasn't ready to do. I trust Howdy Honda Service, and hope to call on Will again if I ever need guidance. Using Howdy Honda Service, and specifically, Will, was a very positive experience.
