Bruno was very nice, he explained the history and details of the car very clearly, and was pleasant to work with during negotiation. The dealership tries to add on so many extra things after settling on a price though so just be ready to say no to all of that when signing the final paperwork.

Bought a pre-owned RX350 from them. From the moment we stepped in the door the first time we were there, Bruno greeted us immediately and was super helpful. He brought the 4 RXs that were were interested in to the front so we could compare. We decided on the one we liked but couldn't agree on the price and he didn't pressure us. We decided to come back for a different RX two weeks later due to the experience and finally bought an RX from them. Bruno went above and beyond when we picked up the car. He ran out in the rain so he can drive that RX to the delivery bay so we didn't have to be in the rain. Just a warning that they do charge a 2% fee on top of the internet list price though. Wish they would list the actual price with that included.

This was the 3rd car that I purchased from Mt Kisco Lexus. The first 2 purchases were a pleasure. The 3rd purchase was even more of a pleasure. The salesperson, Victor Cuhna, was a delight to work with. Victor made the entire process smooth and easy. In addition to purchasing I was also trading in. The entire process was seamless thanks to Victor. I forgot to remove my EasyPass from my trade-in. By the time I got home Victor had called me to let me know that he had found and removed my EasyPass from the trade in and that he’d FedEx it to me. I highly recommend both this car dealership and Salesman Victor Cuhna.

Bruno Texteiria (Mars) is an awesome kid, super energetic, funny and very patient in listening customer’s intentions. He did put lot of effort to meet my trade in value and give a great deal in buying 2024 NX350, I was very happy with purchase, I highly recommend working with Bruno, Keep going Bruno, You have bright future!
