My recent visit to Greenwich Infiniti was a great one. I would recommend this dealership for their great customer service experience overall, and the way that they patiently dealt with me and catered to my needs. The dealership overall and personnel were very professional and attentive. I would give them a great recommendation and it's an awesome place to purchase a car!

It's not every day that someone makes the decision to purchase a new car but Greenwich Inifiniti definitely made the process effortless. From start to finish everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. I visited another Infiniti prior and unfortunately had an extremely different experience which is exactly why I did not purchase from that other dealership in Westchester. Greenwich Infiniti understood what I was looking for and together we came up with a deal that worked for both of us. I could not be more pleased. This from a prior Audi owner of many years.

Top notch sales team. Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and very accommodating. No pressure sales pitch. They work well together as a team to get it right for the customer.

I received highly personalized and truly exceptional customer service from Luis Rodriguez who respects and cares about his customers and it shows throughout the process. On the Finance side Joseph Chirinian was also very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I saw a pre owned vehicle on CarGurus, and called for information. I spoke with ALEX FAKHIR, product specialist. He provided initial information and arranged for me to visit to see the car. He answered my questions, called back when he said he would. On arrival, I met Alex and his coworker Joe. It was raining, and they took the time and effort to put the car in the showroom so I could see it comfortably!!! The car was immaculate, and he gave me the history of how the dealership came to get the car. We spoke at length regarding what I wanted in a vehicle. He LISTENED and offered suggestions. HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS, NOT a sales pitch that escalated during conversation as I had experienced with other dealerships. He had the product knowledge also !! I truly believe he wanted to put the right person in the right car ! From sales, to service Manager who put the car thru inspection, to Joe (later Edward also) the Finance Officers, the transaction was SEAMLESS!!! Pleasant and painless ! I would recommend this dealership to anyone !!! As it has been said : "It don't get better than this !"
