DO NOT BUY THEIR EXTENDED WARRANTY*** THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY. NEVER SENT THE CHECK TO THE WARRANTY COMPANY*** Ryan was very nice, but they sold me their extended warranty for $3,400, I told him I wasn't sure if I wanted or needed it, he said I can cancel anytime! 5 days later I called him to cancel after thinking about it. He said it should take 3-6 weeks to see the credit on my loan. I waited 2 months. I called the extended warranty company to see why they were talking so long and they stated they NEVER RECEIVED PAYMENT from internet car lot so my warranty was NEVER started. That sounded very shady to me. Do these people just keep the money since they know half the time people never end up using it??? I called Ryan and he stated the "Mara" in the financial office must of forgotten to send the check and that he was going to take care of it. "Mara" finally sent the refund to the bank, but it was only $2,221. So Mara took $1,179 for 5 days of me having my warranty that was NEVER EVEN ACTIVE!!!! This is theft if you ask me! There's stuff going on behind the scenes making certain individuals extra money. The fact that SHE NEVER SEND PAYMENT TO THE WARRANTY COMPANY FOR OVER 2 MONTHS AND NEVER STARTED MY POLICY IS VERY SKETCHY! AND THE FACT THAT SHE KEPT $1,179 and did not send the full $3,400 since it was never active is unbelievable. I would understand if they would have deducted money for the 5 DAYS that "I thought it to be active". This is very dishonest and disheartening!

With that said, we always promptly issue product refunds to the lien holder if applicable or the customer as soon as they are received. My son and I recently bought a car from The Internet Car Lot on 72nd. We’ve had it a month and have put over $1500 worth of work already in it and come to find out, it’s not even remotely fixed yet. Buyer beware!

Yes, the warranty has helped, but should we have had to put in over $1500 in a months time? We were told this was a clean title, no way, there should not be this many problems with a clean title. The mechanic that worked on the vehicle said that it looked like the vehicle was in some kind of accident based on the condition of the undercarriage.
