Customer service here is awful.
Customer service here is awful. The service manager doesn't return phone calls, ignores customers and hides in his office to avoid confrontation. They don't call you if there's an issue with your part order. Even management is awful with customer service. Asked to speak to the GM and was told he wasn't in, didn't know when he'd return and refused to give me his direct line saying , "he didn't have one." Then when I asked for the corporate number I was once again refused the number and again said "they don't have one..." they think their customers are stupid. I used the online chat feature and asked for either the GMs number or corporate and they refused to give it to me. Absolutely ridiculous the way they refuse to deal with issues and their response is to ignore customers. Go anywhere else!
