I can't over-emphasize how easy and painless Brett made this process. He was incredibly straight forward and got us in and out very quickly. He definitely has our future business, and we are sharing our experience with everyone we know!

My husband and I really needed to replace two old cars. Each car had very high mileage and were becoming undependable. We procrastinated making a purchase because we both hated the process of waking into a car dealership. We shopped on Sundays to avoid salesmen. We read reviews about different cars and decided we want to purchase a Lexus. I have an office in Dallas and we live in the New Orleans area. While in Dallas a co-worker recommended that I give Adam Remington a call and set up an appointment. I walked in to Park Place Lexus and soon learned that Adam was a person that I could trust and was determined to help me and my husband find the car that matched our expectations. Adam was very informed about the vehicles and gave us all the information we needed to make a great choice. We purchased our new Lexus from Adam and drive it back to Louisiana. We enjoyed working with Adam so much, we purchased a second Lexus two months later. Adam Remington is our cure from fear of car dealers. When we feel a need to replace one of our cars, we will call Adam.

We couldn't make up our mind this time around - stay with what we had, upgrade to a newer model or try something altogether different.. Adam Remington displayed a great deal of patience during our deliberations and, finally, we made up our minds to upgrade to a newer model. The previous model had been issue free during the four years we'd driven it. We thought that a pretty good endorsement. Park Place and Adam were great to work with throughout the process.

I made an Internet inquiry on a Lexus RX350 on March 13, and I got a swift and very fair offer from Daniel Moore. My wife and I made a 562 mile round trip from Sugar Land two days later to buy this vehicle. Daniel made sure that the vehicle was ready for a test drive and was in pristine condition. He handled all of the paperwork and purchase agreement himself. This was also the cleanest auto dealership that we have been to, and everyone we interacted with was very pleasant. In just a few hours after arriving, we were driving back home to Sugar Land. We were extremely impressed with Daniel and with Park Place Lexus Plano. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone!

No need to talk with multiple people, Brett took care of all the going back and forth parts making the experience that much better. He is very professional and not pushy on certain options/plans, rather gives you his expert advice and leave the final determination to you (the buyer). He's very energetic about the brand he represents and it shows through every step of the car buying process, making it that much more pleasurable!
