Ray Jimenez and his Park Place Volvo Service team continue to deliver world class service each and every time. Ray's experience of 20 years at Park Place is definitely evident in every aspect. I have been bringing all of my Volvo's to him for more than 5 years and they have not skipped a beat yet. Great service experience
Great service at Park Place Volvo. My brakes went out so my situation was an emergency repair. Service advisor Aldo Saldivar took care of my car and got me back on the road safe and sound in no time. I will remain a Park Place Volvo customer for life because I can trust them to look out for me and my car.

I received impeccable care and service at Park Place Volvo. My car was repaired in a timely manner. I was treated like a VIP throughout the service experience. Special thanks to our Asst Service Manager, Aldo Saldavar. We drive over 100 miles to receive the service that Park Place and Mr Saldavar consistently deliver.

Professional professionals
I was met by Jim at the store, and he was more professional than any car salesman I have ever dealt with. I was only there for information in the first place, but was treated with respect and courtesy, offered something to drink and I felt very welcome from entering the store as well as leaving. Jim provided a lot of information and gave a solid impression of someone that was on top of things. If practicable for me, I would have no second thoughts of buying a Volvo from these guys, as I am certain these are true professionals.

THE perfect car!
Mariette and I began our quest for "the car in the ad"--- exactly! Yes it took 4 months for her to have it built to my "dream car", Mariette kept me updated on the progress and it was worth the the wait, perfect! They are the model of efficiency
I spent about five days accumulating in-depth information about the the vehicles that were on my short list. I knew what I wanted and wanted nothing more than to get in and get out. Jim Birdsong changed my view about the car buying process. He is an efficient and well informed salesman. Actually, he is more than that. Likely it is hard not to be when you care about the people you serve.

Luxury Experience for a Luxury Car
From the moment we walked in, it was a great experience. The team gave us space to look at the cars and then took a gentle approach with thoughtful questions and thoughtful answers. Felt like an individual approach vs pushy sales with canned responses that we received at other dealerships we shopped in the process. Both Germaine and Leslie were professional and efficient and listened to my concerns, priorities, etc. when deciding on the best car for me and my family.

Bad Customer Experience with Volvo
We have bought a Volvo XC60 from Park Place Volvo, Dallas recently. Salespersons Steve Lin and Ryan K are very helpful and closed the deal. I'm really disappointed that on the 3rd day of my purchase it has stopped in mid of the road, due to some technical issue, It has put me into danger, all of the sudden Power steering has been locked, ABS(Braking System) is locked and Engine got shut down. Even Hazards lights didn't work. Luckily nothing happened to anyone. But its a serious issue which Volvo need to consider. Due to this issue as Volvo has replaced another car with an extra warranty, during this transition I was financially affected by my credit union due to interest rate hike. Informed it to park place and Volvo, I really feel bad on Volvo not even considering that customer is paying more due to the vehicle issue. Park Place Director Germaine Ambers tried to discuss with Volvo and help, but Volvo is not at all concerned. We are not satisfied with Volvo. We don't have any pleasure of driving the new Vehicle. We are very unhappy with the result and Volvo has no concern for Customer Satisfaction. Now we don't have the option to return it. I wouldn't suggest Volvo, due to lack of customer experience and they are only concerned with sales.
