If your skeptical, as I was, please read!

this was my first new/used purchase from any dealership. I searched for months to find an affordable (not overpriced) ram rebel. After calling many dealerships and being told that the price you see online is only for qualified buyers and you won’t get that deal. I found Anthony D’Ambrosio. They had my truck listed online for 41,000. I was skeptical of this after I spoke with so many others. I emailed them asking for an out the door price expecting the worst, also I work nightshift and sleep durning the day. I asked to be contacted through email due to this reason. I was greeted by Wesley Young, whom honored my request to be emailed and not called. He sent me the information I requested plus some. To my surprise the truck was now a little cheaper then the great deal online I was looking at already. There were no hidden fees, everything was as transparent as could be. After reading this email and saying to myself “I need to call and setup a test drive” holding my phone about to call thinking of what to say, Wesley Young calls, very friendly guy, he never pressured me into anything and was more then willing to take time and listen to me. We scheduled to meet the following day. Wesley informed me he didn’t work that day but his coworker Mark Lodzuk would be there to assist me. I drove in the next day, pulled in and there sits my truck right infront of the building, Mark greeted me as I got out of my women’s car and walked over to the truck. Mark was about the nicest sales person I’ve ever meet. He was very helpful. You know the term “sales sharks”. THAT’S NOT THESE GUYS!. He just like Wesley was only there to help me with this soon to be purchase. I never felt pressured, he never fast talked me, and if I wasn’t sure what he meant he explained exactly what he meant. We went for a test drive, the truck was soo smooth, I loved it right away, I took it back and said “yes I want this truck”. When we got back and walked in, I was met by the owner Anthony D’Ambrosio. He was also very pleasant. He even stood there listening to me ramble on about my job :) even shared a story of traveling with the family that closely related to my work place. Mark and I continued with the paperwork process. As other reviews stated (they got another quote upon purchase, much higher!). THIS WAS NOT THE CASE HERE. Mark had the same invoice that Wesley had previously quoted me on. There were no additional hidden fees not previously shown. Like I said earlier they were very transparent on price. While doing paperwork they cleaned up the truck, which if I do say myself was spotless already. I then for my loan paperwork and my down payment met Kevin Mazur. He had just arrived being I showed up when they open the doors. He never rushed me, he didn’t act like he just got there. He jumped right in on handling everything, he informed me of the remaining warranties and that I could also get extended warranties. He went as far as making sure that my loan interest rate wouldn’t go up due to the KBB standards banks use. He was very helpful and friendly just as everyone else I met was. Once again price never changed! If your still reading this, don’t hesitate if Anthony D’Ambrosio has what you want, they’re great people! They won’t let you down as many other dealers will. I had the best buying experience I could of expected. Now I’m the proud owner of this 2016 Ram Rebel! Thanks again to all at Anthony D’Ambrosio Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram!

Need to work on sales staff

So I saw a2017 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel online at this dealership. Price seemed decent and with the 1.9% interest rate they had figured into the monthly payment, it appeared I could afford this truck. I called and spoke briefly with Mark on Monday October 10th and went to look at the truck on Tuesday. Mark looked at the truck with me and we took it for a ride, NICE TRUCK. When we got back to the dealership Mark seemed anxious to get out of the truck but waited for me to finish my questions. As we walked to the door I asked him about the LIFETIME POWERTRAIN WARRANTY. He said I would have to get all my oil changes and tire rotations done here at their dealership. I told him that would not work for me then because I live 1 ? hours away and he followed that with (that?s ok; we don?t usually offer that on new vehicles, only pre-owned). I said oh ok, thinking to myself, that makes no sense. We went inside and he proceeded to get the invoice. I told him I have $13000.00 to put down while he looked over the invoice. Mark said this is a good price for this truck. I sat in the chair for a few moments while he stared at me and I broke the silence with, well could you figure out a price? He jotted a few numbers on the paper and gave me a totally different and much higher payment than I had figured out online. I?m sure he saw I was taken back with his numbers and he just said that?s with 3.99% which is a pretty good rate right now. I asked him what happened to the 1.9% that is advertised online. Mark said well you either get the 1.9% or the incentives. He said if you take the 1.9% without the incentives your payment would be even higher. I said but you have both figured in the payment online and Mark said to me, (WE DO THAT JUST TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR), his exact words!!! He said nothing as I sat in disbelief with him just looking at me again and no words. Again I broke the awkward silence with well I guess I have to save a little more money. He just asked if I would consider a lease and I said no. He stood up and shook my hand and headed back to the file drawer. The moral of the story is that I do not understand how this man has a sales job with that kind of attitude and personality. He did not try to work with me or talk with me about any other interest rates, extending the years of the loan, NOTHING!!! I really don?t feel he wanted to be talking to me at all. Oh, by the time I got home and looked online the price of the truck went up about $1500.I really question this dealership and at least this sales representative I dealt with.

Our vehicles are sold by the Invoice Cost minus the rebate. We do not factor in any financing because FCA offers either the rebate or the low finance rate, very rarely do they offer both. We were selling the RAM 2500 $1500 under invoice due to a clerical error that was found. But, we were willing to honor the price as shown on our website. The Lifetime Powertrain Warranty is exclusive to our dealership and comes standard on every qualifying pre-owned vehicle. Need new salesman

The worst service department

Horrible service department. They will charge you for everything possible. The could no diagnosis a problem. The service depart has no experience and very rude. Do not buy or get a vehicle serviced at this place. They will rip you off.

We sincerely regret your dissatisfaction with our Service Department. When you requested service, you had about 300 miles left on your warranty and our Service Team was willing to do all services possible within the warranty parameters. Unfortunately, the issue with the leaking AC evaporator required your permission to perform a "tear down" to diagnose and confirm the failed part. Your refusal to grant us the permission and the response from the warranty company gave us no alternative. We did as much as we could with the issues you were having. Since you refused to let us continue, we were unable to have the warranty company cover the charges which we then passed on to you.

My jeep purchase

Had a great time buying my new jeep Kevin was very helpful really down to earth not pushy at all would recommend buying a car from Kevin

Great car buying experience

From the moment we arrived at Anthony D'Ambrosio we were greeted with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They helped us along each step from looking at the van we were interested in, to the signing of all the paperwork to make it ours. It was a great place to go, and they were genuinely concerned about how they could help us to attain our goal of a used (new to us) minivan. Kevin Maples was our salesman we worked with and he did a great job for us from start to finish. Thanks Kevin.

Very Pleased!

A Very Superior Auto Purchase

I came this dealership six months ago with my eight year old Jeep which needed various replacement parts. The service and parts experience was more exceptional than I could have ever experienced. When I was ready for a new vehicle I went directly to them and sought out Kevin Maples. When I was evaluating which vehicle I wanted, Kevin spent hours explaining everything I questioned. He is very knowledgeable and extremely patient. When we finally decided, I sought out Kevin and because of his professional salesmanship, we purchased the vehicle. Upon delivery, he took us to the vehicle and explained how the electronics work and how to operate them, Thank you Kevin !! You are a true asset to an outstanding and superior dealership.

Very accommodating!

I was offered a very competitive quote and came in at late notice to view the car. Kevin and Wesley were kind enough to stay a little later than necessary to answer all of our questions. They did not pressure me to buy that night and were ready two days later when we were ready to buy and trade in our old car. The manager was honest and straight forward for the buying part and even found an extra discount before closing the deal. Thanks to all!

Great Vehicle
