My experience with Middletown auto was excellent. I was in the market for a new vehicle and didn't have much luck at other dealerships. The car I was looking for was well over priced at other dealerships and the sales people were too pushy. Pat at Middletown auto sales made me feel at home. He helped me through out the whole process of buying the car and I got what I wanted.

The team at Middletown Auto Sales offered a professional, low-pressure buying experience. As a buyer traveling from out of state in order to purchase a specific vehicle I happened to find in their inventory, I did not know what to expect by way of customer service at this business. We were in the market for a solid used vehicle. Every vehicle we considered at Middletown Auto was in great condition and fairly priced. Joe is professional, friendly, attentive, patient and responsive!

Recent repair water pump on 1995 previa was done very well and reasonably priced. Bookmark the service manager and Josh mechanic are very skilled and helpful with advice about how to keep my old fan running. I'm very happy with Pat and the 2005 Sienna that I bought from him. I have purchased several vehicles from Middletown Auto Sales over the years. Joe and Pat are a winning team. They are fair and trustworthy. When you walk in the dealership, they are both very funny and yet extremely professional. They make buying a car a true joy. They are not the stereotypical " used car salesman". They just want to give people a fair deal. They go above and beyond to put people in a car in a timely fashion. They both even walked us to our car abs wished us luck!! I stopped by the dealership yesterday and drove my car home today. The staff (Joe, Pat and Sharon) were very nice people and easy to work with. The cars I looked at were all in great condition and the one I purchased had been inspected and reconditioned perfectly. I drove away feeling great about the experience and my new (new to me) vehicle. As a single Mom, I always worry that I don't know what I'm doing when it comes to cars. I never felt that way with this team of people.

Pat was very easy to work with. We were able to drive the car to our mechanics in Glastonbury before purchasing the truck. The paperwork process was easy and simple. Overall experience was great!

Pat and Joe were exceptional in helping me purchase my car. I didn't feel stressed out and when I arrived to pick up my car all the paper work was done and organized. Very professional and I wouldn't hesitate on buying another car from there. Great experience and very satisfied!!!!

My daughter recently received her Connecticut driver's license at age 20. We put it off as long as possible because of finances, her going to college, and I guess just not wanting her to drive. My daughter will be interning this year in the mortuary services as an embalmer, and we needed the third car so she could get back and forth to school, work and her internship. We had been looking at a couple of cars she had an interest in and decided now flipping way on the substandard cars she was looking at. We had purchased a Toyota Highlander about three years ago from Joe at the dealership in Middletown (used to be Sears Auto) and I have nothing but positive expressions of gratitude to the whole staff at the store. Reasonable rates for repairs and services, and they treat you more like family than a customer.
