Jordan and the whole team did an outstanding job!!! Normally, I find sales guys rather patronizing like when I ask them about how the turbo works and they ignore the question and show me how roomy the backseat is. (Mazda salesman down the street!) Jordan answered all my technical questions and when he didn't know (which was rare)- he followed up with answers. Gary gave me an excellent price for my trade in and listened to my concerns regarding . The financial team was virtually painless...but that part of buying a car is always very difficult for me.

Went in for an oil change and while waiting, I ask for procedure that entailed for doing a second lease. Nick was patient, informative, friendly, not pushy and explained thoroughly. Walked out leasing the second Honda CRV, exactly not what I expected to do. Nick was a pleasure to work with.
