Great experience

Al the folks at O'Neill are great - Matt in service goes out of his way for me. Jesse, Tim and Shelley in sales were very helpful, no pressure. Just a great bunch to work with. Can highly recommend this group!

Found the problem, and took care of the car.

Don't know the tech's name, but he did a great job with my car. Thanks to him, I needed a new right break bulb (that I wasn't aware of).

Adam Shackelford is the best!

Adam not only promptly returned calls and found a car for us, but he is genuinely kind and wants to make the customer happy! No pushy selling and a pleasure! This is the second car we’ve purchased with Adam and wouldn’t hesitate to do our next deal with him as well! Thanks Adam!

Considerate, Patient and aiming to please.

Initially, my mother and I went to the Honda dealership with the new car lot instead of the used car lot, but the staff there were very polite. Their greeter made sure we had a comfortable place to sit while waiting and asked if we’d like any water. While waiting I saw an old friend from high school, Jesse, who was just as personable and polite as I remember. They called across the street to their used car lot to have a dealer come pick us up and drive us across the street. The salesman/dealer that worked with me was named Brian. He was very polite the entire time and listened to all of my wants, needs and deal breakers the car I was interested in. Brian took the time to answer all my questions and looked up the answers for questions he wasn’t 100% sure of. He regularly kept his manager, Lee, involved in the deal regarding my questions, concerns and financial negotiation. Jesse even came across the busy street, in person, over to the used car dealership to make sure I got additional protection for my CR-V and had all my options explained to me in detail so I could make the right choice for me. All the while Brian is running in and out of the building during a freezing thunderstorm to have everything with my new purchase quadruple checked. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership. Even more highly recommended, making an appointment with Brian or Jesse.

Leased 2019 CRV

Satisfied customer

Our experience with this dealership was very positive. Our sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and management was willing to work with us. We were glad we could keep the vehicle overnight to get a feel for it before buying. That is an important part of the buying experience for us. We have been looking for a replacement vehicle for about 2-3 weeks and this is the first dealership that took us really seriously, thanks to the time and attention our sales rep was willing to give.
