Ozzie was great to work with and made my car buying

Ozzie and Belinda took great care of us.

Ozzie and Belinda took great care of us. 1. We had to trade in a car that was costing too much to repair. I put the information into the Echo Park system and Belinda called to ask further questions. It was that outreach that had us going to Echo Park instead of CarMax. 2. Ozzie was the salesperson who happened to be free when we walked in. He listened to what we wanted to do and made a couple of good suggestions. Then one test drive and we were ready to buy. The dealership honored the trade-in value and even added $250 to it, and altogether that helped pay for the warranty that we purchased.

After a month the car was leaking oil and had a bad tire

After a month the car was leaking oil and had a bad tire with a bubble that I reported two weeks after the purchase and nothing was done.

Everyone was great and knowledgeable but the buying

Everyone was great and knowledgeable but the buying process was too long. The number of cars available was excellent. In general I was very pleased.
