Great sales staff with no problems with the sale but

Great sales staff with no problems with the sale but afterwards trying to get any assistance with the add ons that they sell in the finance office, you’ll have a few birthdays while waiting. 4 phone calls, 2 voicemail and a request through thier website and yet I wait. 30 days have past and nothing. Based on this I can not recommend them.

Drove 1 1/2 hours to compare a few cars shown on website.

Drove 1 1/2 hours to compare a few cars shown on website. I was told 2 days earlier that cars were on lot. After arriving we were taken to see the cars which salesman could not find. He then stated that they were sold the day before. When I was leaving I saw one of the cars. I asked if we could see and was told keys were inside lock box and only service manager had key. This dealership should keep website inventory updated instead of using to drive leads. Would not recommend this dealership. Just to add an update. So now the following day the dealer text me the pictures of the 2 cars that they said were sold wanting me to come back. I will not drive 1 1/2 hours to see cars they may or may not have. Very unprofessional.

I can not say enough about the service at my dealership.

I can not say enough about the service at my dealership. It is always outstanding! The service team is professional and courteous. Each time I have come in, I am treated like a valued customer. Darryl helped me out, he went above and beyond and made me a very happy customer. I thank you, thank you for everything you do, and for the experience. You guys ROCK!!!! I would recommend this dealership Over & Over because I know that you take pride in what you do. That is not a common thing when going to any dealership. 10 stars 🌟 for you 🌟

I had my BMW X5 serviced at BMW Wesley Chapel earlier

I had my BMW X5 serviced at BMW Wesley Chapel earlier this week. I had a very positive experience throughout the process. The service advisor Harley was very nice and helpful. She was knowledgeable and professional. She explained everything clearly. I was very happy with the service. Highly recommend BMW. Wesley Chapel!
