This is the best customer service I have received so far in a dealership. Ben was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient, which is one of the things that my husband and I like in a sales car person. I went to look for a car to replace the one I lost in a car accident, and we have a very good experience.

The entire staff was courteous and helpful. They ensured that I was getting exactly what I wanted. They weren't pushy and seemed to genuinely want to give me the best deal they could. Mr. Vincenzo Luongo was exceptionally helpful and put in the extra work to show me exactly what I wanted to see in my new car.

I bought my 2016 Kia Soul from Mondi Yafo on 10/27/15 after shopping around for a couple of days. Mondi was super friendly and able to get me a super low price from the get go. When I took his offer to other dealers around, no one could even come close. Mondi was also even willing to get me an option that doesn't come with the car and for no extra cost. Everyone at Weseloh was friendly and helpful, and made sure I had an awesome first time buying experience. Even the trade-in was hassle free. I just leased my Kia optima hybrid from Weseloh Kia. Don't go to Kia of El Cajon. Customer service is horrible and they are over priced. Weseloh is the way to go, go see Joshua!

My salesperson ,Alex Farrow, was very well informed and patient dealing with my many questions. His career choice with Kia fits his personality and demonstrates his ability to deal with people. When I was signing papers with Santiago in finance I was unaware that there was approximately another $3000 included in the price. I realized this when I got home and went through the papers. Mike handled the problem immediately and explained it was for an extended warranty that I had not agreed to. The cost was refunded and a new contract was made. I worked with Fernando in Carlsbad and he was awesome!! I wanted a specific color and car that was next to impossible to find. He was able to find the only one in the state and get it for me! The whole process was smooth and effortless, our finance advisor John was great as well! Super friendly and nice. The while experience was amazing and soooo easy!!
