Everyone there was awesome, but Bob really went above and beyond for my husband and I, and he wasn't your typical car salesman. We told him we were straight shooters and wanted to get right down to business. We gave him our list of specs and he only showed us what we asked for. He didn't try talking us into something we weren't looking for like we've had with other dealers. He made the process very smooth and didn't give us any run around. Carlos Arias made my car buying experience surprisingly effortless. Most of the transaction was handled through email, so I didn't have to spend hours in the showroom. He was not pushy, and took my trade-in vehicle at the price he originally estimated. Carlos was very knowledgeable about the Optima I purchased, and told me to contact him if I had further questions after leaving the dealership. We recently leased two vehicles from Internet Manager Carlos Arias at Weseloh Kia Carlsbad and we couldn't be happier with our experience. It was well worth the drive from Chula Vista up to Carlsbad!
