Bait and switch, inaccurate inventory

This dealership is a sham, I went to buy a vehicle and it was sold prior to me even seeing the ad online. Checked on another vehicle and same thing. A family that was there looking for a lower priced car was told the car they wanted was sold, the family later found it in the lot west of the actual sales lot which Arrigo uses for overflow. Found another vehicle that I discovered a mechanical issue and they wouldn't even budge on the price which is a fair market value for the vehicle in good condition. They seriously need to keep their inventory updated to try keeping potential customers faith since they have at least a vehicle at a lucrative price that hasn't even been available in over a week. They could have had a sale if they dropped the price for me due to the mechanical issue or accommodated me with a warranty so I would be more confident in the investment towards a vehicle. The sales staff was very pleasant, but the management they have to deal with is where my problem is. If they are buying vehicles they should be free of defects and bought at a price they can cover their potential losses and if they are selling vehicles stay on top of inventory and be willing to show some initiative to proactively build a sale.

Outstanding Experience

Stopped at Arrigo in West Palm Beach with a friend the day before Independence Day to investigate the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had been researching on the internet for several weeks but needed to see the cars in person, as the colors are ambiguous on the internet. Having purchased 4 Jeep Wranglers in the last 5 years one might say my loyalty to the Jeep brand is unquestionable, but I was interested in finding out if I could convince myself to move to a Grand Cherokee. Even though I had purchased a new 2010 Wrangler from the Arrrigo facility in Ft Lauderdale, I realized the the dealership in West Palm Beach had a much larger inventory. It was my good fortune to meet Curt Enger and Don Landrum that day. The level of courtesy, professionalism and respect I was afforded was truly exceptional. I truthfully was probably not ready to make a commitment when I arrived there and I mentioned that to Curt. As it turned out his patience with me without pressuring me and his genuine concern for my needs and requests , which were considerable, convinced me to lease a car that day. It's refreshing to see a work environment where the employees are truly friendly and know the value of making a customer completely happy. All in all it was an outstanding experience. Curt even went so far as to drive my friend and I across the street so we could have lunch , as we were starving by this time; About 3pm I believe. Curt had the car detailed while we were eating lunch and then picked us up afterward. A definite 5 rating from me for a 5 star experience!

Superb buying experience!!!

I had researched various minivans online and decided that the Grand Caravan would be our best choice. Our last two minivans were Chrysler Town and Country's virtually the same as the Dodge versions, and they served us well. I immediately noticed that Arrigo had an amazing inventory of the Grand Caravans, compared to other dealers that I researched. I inquired about a vehicle listed on the Arrigo website that was exactly what we were looking for. I received a response almost immediately, so we decided to take a ride over to look at it. Upon arriving at the dealership we were warmly greeted by the associates at the front reception area and introduced to Alan Gallagher, as the salesperson who would be assisting us. Alan drove us through the outside lot areas in the golf cart, stopping along the way to show us various Caravans that matched our criteria. Let me tell you....this place has some pretty amazing inventory. We were able to find the exact colors and options we wanted. Alan was extremely knowledgeable, fun to talk to, and never pushy. He seemed more interested in finding the right car for us than using aggressive sales tactics. Once we found the car we wanted, Alan worked to get us a fair price on the new car and our trade-in. We were not there to buy a car that day since we had an appointment at another dealership that offers special pricing through my employer. However after the wonderful way we were treated by all of the employees at Arrigo and the fantastic attention that Alan was devoting to us, we wanted to buy the car from him. Alan handled the paperwork and completed the transaction in an efficient and expedient manner. I'm glad that we decided to purchase from Arrigo, since I cant imagine that we would be treated so well at another dealership and have such an extensive inventory to choose from.

Excellent!!!!

Had an excellent experience. Jean really took the time to put together and order the exact car I wanted. I will be buying my next car with jean in a few years. I'm going to recommend her to everyone I know. She truly is the best!

Mike Logandro great guy, great salesman. He wasnt pushy to sell me a car. He was understand my budget and he find great car for me. And on the end take care of my insurance transfer insurance and licence plate.

Awesome Experience

This was our fourth car from this dealer because the sales staff is great! They listen to my needs and my situation. Nothing feels forced and always is a comfortable, enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend them to a friend!

Great car buying experience

I was in the car business for more than fifteen years. My coworker was interested in a Challenger and I did research for him. Arrigo's website was far and away the best and most descriptive of any of the Dodge dealers I viewed on the Internet. First I spoke to a manager named Eric. He was very courteous and professional and offered me the lowest price after two or three minutes on the phone. He did explain that Chrysler Corp. offered a number of different rebates including recent college graduate, military, owner loyalty, other manufacturer conquest, etc. None of these applied to us, but there was still a $2,000. incentive. Next day I spoke to salesman Jamie as Eric was out. He confirmed deal Eric offered me with other manager and emailed me details. My friend told Jamie he was driving to West Palm Beach to buy the car for cash and when he arrived, car was cleaned and waiting for him. He had a trade that Arrigo paid more than any other dealer offered, even though my friend sprung it on Jamie at the last minute. Jamie also drove my friend to the bank to get necessary bank checks. This dealership was teaming with end of the month activity and everyone was courteous, professional and efficient. It is also a beautiful facility in a great neighborhood, worth driving to from Miami. My friend has owned three Lexus including an LS 460 and two Cadillacs. He has never enjoyed a buying experience or a car as much as his new Arrigo Dodge Challenger. Thank you Jamie and Eric.

Questionable price advertising

After seeing their newspaper ads about huge Memorial Day Sales, I went on their website to look at car prices and found a car I liked at a reasonable price. I knew the price included discounts for which I did not qualify but I drove to the WPB dealership to look at the car and talk to them about a "REAL PRICE". The salesman, Mike, took me out to see the car, and offered me a test drive. He was polite and helpful except he could not talk price; he only asked if I "qualified" for any of the discounts and told me the price had to come from his Manager. Back inside the showroom, he sat me at his desk and went to get his Manager. The Manager (forgot name) quoted me a price almost $2,000.00 above the website price and said there is also a $599.99 "Dealer Fee" (pure profit). I asked If this price was negotiable, he said NO and projected a "take it or leave it" attitude. I said thank you and left. I knew I did not qualify for all the discounts listed in the ads, but if I had known the "real price" was going to be almost $2,600.00 higher, I would not have driven to the dealership site.

Jeep Rubicon

Had a very pleasant experience with Russ. Explained everything perfectly, no confusion, and no pushy sales tactics. . In the past i've dealt with Arrigo - even in the body shop - customer service was exceptional .
