I knew that I wanted to buy a new vehicle, but I wasn't sure that I wanted the Jeep. Also, my past experiences left me dreading the whole "car-buying" experience. However, I was thoroughly impressed by my experience at Arrigo, and in particular with Carter Lee. He was very professional, as well as courteous. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely recommend Mr. Lee and Arrigo to my friends and family.

Any question I had it was answered very descriptively and customer service was phenomenal. I brought my parents with me today and we all left happy. Russ is great to work with. We only talked on the phone as he searched for a car for my wife. He found the used car we wanted, met him at the dealership, and purchased the car. I would recommend him to anyone. He is honest and doesn't try to sell you something you do not want.

I bought a new Ram 2014 thinking i will get 25mpg as the sticker says but was getting roughly 17. I went back after one month of purchase they valued my car from 49k to 32k the car had 1500 miles on it. The new floor manager was disrespectful and degrading. i will never buy a car from Arrigo and i will make sure people are aware of whats going on!!!
