His encouragement to stay the course and be patient as he

His encouragement to stay the course and be patient as he work to get me the best deal is near and dear to my heart. I was not coming in but when I go there, I was about to walk. He worked with me and looked for other solutions. Now my child, mother, mother, and I have a safe vehicle to travel in. I have recommended hime to several people in the last week and a half. He is a keeper. I have had three sells from there. I remember my first and now Boom. He is a phenomenal salesmen.

Ordel was wonderful.

Ordel was wonderful..was happy to greet me when I came back the following day..he is knowledgeable and met my needs and because of him I bought a jeep from Arrigo

Coordination between sales and maintenance is poor.

Coordination between sales and maintenance is poor. Reception makes appointments and when you get there (on time) the customer rep.says no one is available to work on your vehicle. Poor coordination. In previous visits when I came in for oil change, etc the customer rep. left the dealership and failed to contact me to say my vehicle was complete. You need an efficiency expert to help your dealership improve how business is done. One suggestion would be to put a monitor in the maintenance lounge that tell customers what the status of their vehicle is or when any changes take place.

Jeep selection was great, Sales staff was great, finance

Pretty good experience at Arrigo West Palm Beach. Good dealership but not too happy that vehicle was only half filled with gas and did not have any floor mats.

I’ve bought many cars in my lifetime, including one from Arrigo in 2006. The finance manager is the worst in the business. I refused any extended warranties and she was just plain miserable!!!! I

I had a fantastic experience at Arrigo West Palm thanks to the excellent service from Adrian and Kyle. Adrian was an incredible salesperson who made the entire process easy and stress-free. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles, listened to my needs, and helped me find the perfect car without any pressure. Kyle, the manager, was equally great. He ensured a smooth process and was very transparent and fair with the financing. The team worked together to provide exceptional customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend asking for Adrian and Kyle if you're in the market for a new car!

Easy transaction.

Easy transaction. Chris was excellent. Honest, available, not pushy, never in a hurry and willing to answer to all my questions and doubts. I wish every car salesman were like him. I'm a happy customer.
