Information consistency would seem to be an issue at this dealership. For example, in regards to the 84/100000 warranty, how it actually worked for a certified used vehicle from Jeep did seem to be common knowledge due to hearing ~5 different ways in which it was valid. The only part that was consistent was the fact that it was engine/drive train only. I would just be aware as to who knows what while working there because whether its in person or on the phone they represent Arrigo West Palm.
