Took my ram Rebel for a service , truck was returned to

Took my ram Rebel for a service , truck was returned to me with a broken side mirror which it was totally fine when I handed over the truck to them. When I noticed the damage I spoke to my service advisor Ariel Coos which wasn’t helpful at all and taking no responsibility and very rudely saying that I could have possibly already taken the vehicle like that. I said you do inspect vehicle right? Things escalated and I requested to speak to a manager . They had me waiting over 1h to them send some underdog named Juan, literally trying to talk to a wall and taking no responsibility at all either to then quotes me 900$ to fix a side mirror which they broke . Stay away from this place unprofessional obvious they have very reckless staff working there a non existent customer service .

I went to many locations, looked at a lot of different

I went to many locations, looked at a lot of different vehicles pre owned as well as new. Asked a lot of questions with different characters and personalities. When I talked to Golden on the phone, I immediately knew that I was going to purchase a vehicle from him. I was late for my appointment, but he waited patiently, answered and let me look at different vehicles and pricing. During the test drive, we even fueled the vehicle I was looking at, giving me a chance to have a feel for it in a realistic setting. He introduced me to the finance guy Jerry, and Chris who also talked to me. Golden even talked to my credit union, and had a competitive financing with discounts. He gave me an Orange Stanley cup, in which will always remind me of him because he is their Golden sales person. The vehicle is beautiful, I got Kelly Blue book value, I will truly enjoy the vehicle.

Chris Reid was so helpful and compassionate throughout the entire process of me getting my brand new Tradesman! He walked me through all possible financing options as well as respected and accommodated all my needs with a listening ear and a caring spirit! We will definitely be coming back to Arrigo!
