My question experience has been horrible.

My question experience has been horrible. Trying to reach Chris or Cam have been null and void. I am even thinking about filing a complaint. They have had me riding ng around since once Sept 8th without a license plate. They refused to return my call or answer any text messages. I need help to keep me from having to travel all the way back to Texas.

These people stole my kids down payment took the car back

These people stole my kids down payment took the car back same and kept my kids money I’m on my way to the news report so they can get really exposed these people are scammers. All the cars are no good. The feds need to go there and shut these people down. They scamming people all day every day.

I had a wonderful experience.

I had a wonderful experience. Ms. Tiffany, Kevin, and Cameron were the best hands down. Cameron is very transparent and honest with you. He cares about the people and will educate you along the way. Regardless of the circumstances he will work with you. I was very honest about what I could and couldn’t do. Cameron ensured that I remain in my budget and the car was affordable. All in all I walked away with a 2018 ford fusion. My daughter loves our new car. Thank you Cameron, Kevin, & Ms. Tiffany.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They are SCAMMERS! They sold my son a 2020 Hyundai Elantra. Within 1 month the car was broke. Spoke with Luis, one of the sales managers. Informed him of the car not working and inquired about the car being in my name and me not signing any paperwork. I informed Luis of me providing my son my information due to him needing a cosigner. I specifically told my son when they send the paperwork via email, I will review the information before I sign anything. Needless to say, I never received an email and I never signed any paperwork with this company. I verified with my son to make sure he did not sign any paperwork either. My son did not sign any paperwork. I requested a copy of the paperwork due to them not giving my son any paperwork with signatures. Luis states he was not able to find my paperwork. Fast forward, We had to haul the car back to the dealership due to the car not being drivable. While pushing the car onto the trailer to haul it to Houston, we noticed the front bumper had glue on it. They used hot glue to keep the bumper in place. David, another sales manager, was there when we hauled the car back. Informed David of the conversation I had with Luis and the reason for us hauling the car back. I asked David if I could get a copy of the paperwork for the car. Per David they do not provide customers with the paperwork, they should receive that from the credit union. I told him, him is a liar because I have my paperwork for my Cadillac Escalade sitting inside my console, with my signatures from the dealership. I also asked him how can they sell a broken car to anyone and asked him who use hot glue to keep a bumper in place. This guy told me most dealerships do that. I do not work on cars but anyone with common sense would know not to use hot glue to keep a bumper in place. After going back and forth with David, he stated they would keep the car and refund the credit company. I asked David if I could get some paperwork stating they are going to refund the credit company. Needless to say, he stated they do not give paperwork for that. 3weeks in and I'm still waiting on them to pay the credit company. I would not recommend anyone using these SCAMMERS!!! THEY LIE AND THEY TRY AVOIDING YOUR PHONE CALLS!!! The sale was illegal and a lawsuit will be the next step if they fail to pay the credit company.

SCAMMERS >>> This dealership runs many scams. I had to call the POLICE on them to get my keys back, and eventually participated in an INVESTIGATION into their business practices by DPS. SCAMS: a) Selling you a false $1.5k "certificate" that is not worth the paper printed, b) Selling you a false $4k warranty that is also not worth the paper or ink, c) Selling cars held together or bandaid-ed w/ paperclips and masking tape, d) Lying to consumer. In may case refusing to return keys to me, AFTER my contract closed on next day, unless i agreed to add the $4k warranty. They fired the Finance Mgr who sold me the car without the warranty...he was in the DPS investigation too. RUN >>>>>>>>>>>. FASTER >>>>>>>

Listen to the bad reviews. Before I came, I saw all the reviews, and thought, "it cant be that bad". I was wrong. It was worse. Customer service was horrible. The manager sucks. Once you walk in, you get a bad vibe. Worst experience.
